Hip Hop/Salsa Dance Exchange

La clase de Salsa incluyera pasos y ovimientos basicos de los ritmos latinos para ayudar a los estudiantes a coordinar el ritmo con los movimientos.

Students will be immersed into hip hop based dance, learning moves of the dance style as well as the history of the genre as a whole. Short routines will be taught during class by the instructor(s) and students will have an opportunity to use what they have learned to create their own routines during the last class. Comfortable clothes, and socks with sneakers should be worn.

This is part of the Academia Comunitaria/Community Academy, a partnership between: EXCO, the Waite House, and Latinos en Acción. The academy will be open every Saturday 10am – 4:30pm beginning January 31st and registration will take place in person at the Waite House front desk or call 612-721-1681 with questions.
