DECISIONS FROM THE ORGANIZING TEAM In an effort to be transparent and to remain accountable to our decisions on process and organizing structure, we will begin posting meeting decisions on the website. If you have comments or would like to get involved in the organizing team, please send an email to excotc@gmail.com. 

Citywide Meeting 7/16/09

Decision: The yearly calendar was approved with these key dates:

  • Fall applications due Friday, August 21
  • Citywide Meetings: Sept 10, Oct 8, Nov 12(admin/org eval), Dec 10.
  • Flyering on Sept 12
  • Combined Fall session orientation/kickoff on Sept 19.
  • Reflection brunch Sat, Oct 24th.
  • End of Session Celebration on Nov 21st
  • Spring Applications due Jan 11th, Spring session starts Feb 15.

City-wide Meeting 6/25/09 Decisions: 1. All decisions made at citywide meetings will be posted on the website in a page not the front page with a date decided. It will be the responsibility of the facilitators of the meeting to post the decisions. Tasks and Initiatives: 1. We will meet monthly as a citywide group for the summer. (from city-wide meeting 5/18/09). 2. There will be a committee to propose yearly schedule. They will send out a week before July meeting. Miriam, Callie, Eli are the committee. 3. Next meeting will be July 16th at 6pm somewhere in St. Paul. Rita and Callie will facilitate.
